The Icelandic poetry collective Meðgönguljóð (Partus Press) hosts a two day summer poetry festival in Reykjavík with female poets from Iceland, Greenland, Finland and the Faroe Islands on July 2nd and 3rd 2014.
On Wednesday, July 2nd, the poets will read and talk about their poetry at four different Reykjavik City Library branches and on Thursday, July 3rd, there will be a mixed programme of readings and panel discussions (in English) at the local of the Icelandic Women’s Rights Association at Túngata 14. At the latter event, guests can also enjoy a bowl of soup and some other refreshments.
